Looking to return an order? While we hope it doesn’t come that, we will make returns as smooth as possible.
Change of mind returns are not allowed.
What items are eligible for return / exchange?
We guarantee strict measures for ensuring quality before sending out an order for shipment. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately within 7 days from the ship date and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) including a picture of the packaging with tracking number shown and the picture of the product received. Our Returns Department will inspect your complaints and proceed with available options of returning the defective products for a replacement. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the product is still available.
When can I return my order?
You may return product(s) within seven (7) business days of delivery. You must contact us before returning your item, so we can be available to receive the said items.
Who will pay for my return shipping fee?
All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracked and insured parcel post because Wilson & Ayache Clinic will not be responsible for lost returns.
How will I know if my item is eligible for refund?
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund claim within 5 to 7 business days after inspection of the item. Once approved, we will be in touch to process the refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long will it take for me to receive my exchanged item?
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. However, we will be sending you the courier name and tracking number for you to be able to keep track of the shipment.

When will my refund be credited to my account?
Once your refund is approved for processing, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Reversal may take 1 to 2 billing cycles or 5 to 15 banking days for local credit cards, and up to 45 banking days for international credit and debit cards, depending on your bank’s processing time.
